Why ZUUZ
Five things your CRM can't do. ZUUZ does them.
ZUUZ is the revenue intelligence layer for the IT channel: it connects to your sales inbox, keeps your CRM and PSA up to date, and tells you which deals need you today.
The problem
Sound familiar?
Your next deal is going cold in someone's inbox right now.
Deals sit 60, 90 days without a reply, and nobody notices until they're lost. ZUUZ flags every lead and reply that's slipping, the day it starts.
Your pipeline report is fiction.
Reps sell; they don't type. So the CRM goes stale and managers manage blind. ZUUZ fills your CRM and PSA from the conversations themselves.
"Circle back in October." Nobody wrote it down.
Promises, a second opportunity raised in passing, the real reason you lost: all buried in threads. ZUUZ pulls them out and puts them on the record.
Your reps start every day guessing.
Two hundred emails, eighteen that matter. ZUUZ tells each rep which ones, and tells managers who needs a nudge.
One deal. Five places. No full picture.
Email, calls, LinkedIn, the CRM, the PSA. ZUUZ joins them into one record per deal.
Why ZUUZ · 1 of 5
It tells you why a deal is at risk.
Not a score. A reason: no reply in 35 days, a promise missed, four touches and no answer.
- Every at-risk deal carries its reason in plain words, such as "We haven't replied", with a next step for that record.
- SLA rules you set: how long a proposal can wait to go out, and how long a customer can wait for a reply, each with a warning and a critical level.
- Status comes from real activity: Moving, Quiet, Stalled or Needs follow-up. Never a score, never a win probability.

No new login. Nothing new to learn.
Reps stay in their inbox. Managers get one daily email: what moved, what's at risk, who needs a nudge. No onboarding call needed.
- ZUUZ connects to your sales inbox, so reps keep working where they already work.
- The daily email brief rolls the whole team up for managers, so the summary arrives without anyone opening a dashboard.
- When a manager wants more, the Team view shows who needs you, the deals to move and a drill-down for each rep, with a nudge link ready to send.

Keep your CRM. Finally make it work.
ZUUZ works inside Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho, Attio, Pipedrive and ConnectWise PSA. No migration, no rip and replace.
- Two-way sync writes stages, close dates, next steps and contacts to the CRM you already run, and works with more than one CRM at once.
- ConnectWise PSA is updated from the same conversations, so the CRM and the PSA tell the same story.
- Manual edits are kept, never overwritten. And if you run a light CRM or none at all, ZUUZ works either way.

Ask Claude or ChatGPT: "What should I work on today?"
ZUUZ connects your pipeline to the AI you already use, so the answer comes from your real deals.
- Add the ZUUZ MCP connector, https://mcp.zuuz.ai/mcp, as a custom connector in Claude or ChatGPT, then sign in to ZUUZ with OAuth.
- Ask in plain language: which deals went quiet, what moved this week, who is waiting on a reply.
- Revoke access in one click. Prefer to stay in ZUUZ? Ask Zari, the ZUUZ AI agent, the same questions.
Why ZUUZ · 5 of 5
It makes the update. You can undo it.
ZUUZ writes to the CRM itself, logs every change, and rolls any of them back in one click. Done and reversible beats never done.
- Updates are automatic: no queue of changes waiting for someone to approve them.
- Every change has a history entry: who, what, when and why.
- Email replies are different. A rep reviews every drafted reply before it sends.

How is ZUUZ different from…
How is ZUUZ different from HubSpot AI or Salesforce Einstein?
CRM-native AI lives inside one CRM and can only work with what reps have already typed into it. ZUUZ fills the CRM from the conversations themselves: email, LinkedIn, calls and meetings. It works across Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Attio and Pipedrive, even more than one at once, and updates ConnectWise PSA too. Keep your CRM's built-in AI; ZUUZ gives it complete records to work with. ZUUZ vs. CRM-native AI.
How is ZUUZ different from Gong and other call recorders?
Call recorders record and analyze calls, and most deal activity happens in writing between calls. ZUUZ covers email, LinkedIn, calls and meetings, then writes what it finds to your CRM: stages, next steps, contacts and risks, with change history and one-click rollback. ZUUZ vs. Gong and ZUUZ vs. conversation intelligence.
Is ZUUZ a sales engagement or sequencing tool?
No. ZUUZ doesn't send sequences or cadences. It reads the replies they produce, including replies from tools like Apollo.io and Smartlead, and handles what comes after: capturing the lead, updating the deal and flagging the ones going quiet. Keep your sequencer for outbound. ZUUZ vs. sequencing tools.
We already use ChatGPT or Copilot. Why add ZUUZ?
Keep them. A general assistant doesn't watch your deals, tell you why one is at risk, or update your CRM. ZUUZ does: risk reasons in plain words, and CRM updates it writes itself, logs and can undo in one click. ZUUZ also connects your real pipeline to Claude and ChatGPT through its MCP connector, so their answers come from your actual deals instead of a guess.
